A new battle between Makoto vs Evil Makoto....
Very nice battle between 15 Heroic Parka Ghost vs 11 Gammaizers. But....11 Gammaizer has no problem against 15 Heroic Parka Ghost and 15 Heroic Parka Ghost defeated by 11 Gammaizer ... Adel in his Perfect Ganmaizer Form looks cool. I think his new form is has same strong as Ghost Mugen Damashii One of most surprising moment: https://s20.postimg.org/z1frft4p9/vl...0h30m46s38.png Battle between Ghost vs Gyro looks interesting too. Ghost form changes when he battle against Gyro looks awesome! Gyro finally defeated by Ghost Grateful Damashi's Omega Formation. Next..episode....two Ganmaizer (Magnetic and Blade) combine into one monster. Eddith transform into Ganmaizer Ultima Ebony, and Alia transform into Kamen Rider Dark Necrom Pink. |
They finally fucking used Beethoven's finisher!!!

The fight scenes in this episode were pretty baller. The first one emphasized more than anything else so far the fact that each Ganmaizer and hero is linked and serve as counters to each other, and seeing all 15 ghosts was pretty cool in general. And all them Ore forms in the second big one was pretty great too.
Did not give a shit about the Javert shit. Mostly because it was stupid, which was mostly because it involved Onari. I don't care, show. Also, unfortunately, the last fight really suffers from the same thing as Alain beating Javert last episode--they're trying to show that someone is not totally useless by pitting them against an opponent that is exponentially weaker than the one that just got done tearing their ass in half. Like, oh, the full power of Grateful is able to take on an Ultima and a handful of Ganma Commandos? Wow, shocker. Never would have guessed. Not like Grateful totally wrecked a Ganmazier-enhanced Ultima in its debut or anything. Seriously, cool fight and all, but seriously not working. As Blade Fang pointed out, even down by 4, the Ganmaizers were able to effortlessly defeat all the heroic ghosts. Beating one Ultima isn't going to change that. Also Specter and Deep Specter being evenly matched is. Dumb. I guess Makoto is hurt or whatever. But it is still kind of dumb regardless. |
Well who else was it supposed to be in the end fight? Gyro is literally the strongest Ganma next to Adel and the Ganmaizers, there's Edith but did you really expect him to fight? Now if Takeru had to fight Igor then I would kind of understand the anger but Gyro fits well enough. Plus Gyro took like 7 Finishers before getting hit by Grateful's final attack anyway, base forms or not that's 7 Finishers he kept getting pelted with constantly before getting rider kicked by 16 people.
The fight though was really nice, and I do like how we got the weapon finish for Himiko, the normal Eyecon Finishers for Ryoma and Goemon. Oh and Beethoven's Finisher showing up was greatly appreciated. Also I must admit that despite not having any Insert Songs, that whenever they use the Opening as one, it works effectively. It's the opposite of what Surprise Drive was last year. |

Maybe this is something that could have worked if they'd been building up Gyro as a credible threat with abilities nearly on par with a Ganmaizer since his first appearance, but instead he just kinda showed up, got beat by Makoto, and vanished until it was convenient again. The truth is he doesn't matter and so neither does this victory. And you ask who he was supposed to fight with instead like the show is obligated to have this fight. They write the plot. Unless it was against the Ganmaizers (which would be pointless as only Mugen can do anything about them) no fight would have actually shown they're not useless against the Ganmaizers. Instead, if they have no way to resolve it satisfactorily, maybe they just shouldn't have gone out of their way to point out Alain and Grateful are outdated. |

That is "if they have no way to resolve it satisfactorily." If they're gonna do it poorly I'd rather they not do it at all. They really wrote themselves into a corner by making Mugen the only one that can do anything. No matter what else they do, everyone else is gonna stay ineffective.
The whole doppelganger subplot is basically just a distraction so Makoto doesn't embarrass himself with the Ganmaizers like everyone else has been doing, honestly... |

Speaking of forgotten though...while the first big fight scene is cool, couldn't the Ganmaizers just...mess with Grateful so it couldn't move, like they've done before? Not like it posed a problem for them at all, but they could have saved themselves some trouble. It's for the best I guess. |

What I don't get is, why is it that right after we have all the eyecons declare their alliance with Takeru do we go straight to an eyecon focus episode? I know the writers still want a focus episode for each eyecon, but couldn't they have tried to resolve that before the giant "We believe in the us that believes in eachother" fight? |

Especially since that's what I thought they were going to do leading up to Grateful, have him connect with all fifteen and unite them. But the closer Grateful approached, the more I realized they were going to save that till later. |
I can't believe they blew the perfect opportunity for Ghost to use Eyecons 11-15. He used 1-10 and would've been perfect if Takeru used the other eyecons at the same time. I wonder if the Makoto doppelgänger are the Ganmeisers since they were in an army with Adel.

Hmm..yes, I think Takeru should use Tutankhamun, Nobunaga, Houdini, Grimm, and Sanzo when he battle against Gyro... Maybe Takeru will use Tutankhamun, Nobunaga, Grimm, and Sanzo in Toucon Boost base suit in the future episodes? Hmm...I also real want: - Necrom use Necrom Damashii - Ghost use Ghost Toucon Sanzo Damashii - Specter use Specter Deep Grimm Damashii So the three Rider has similar visors and they looks like the the three Necroms. I am really want Necrom use Takeru's Heroic Ghost Eyecons such as Newton, Beethoven, and Robin Hood. Necrom already use it in Ganbarizing game... If Dark Necroms can use some of Heroic Ghost Eyecons in the movie, I think if Necrom use some of Heroic Ghost Eyecons (from Takeru and Makoto) thats would be interesting...... |

Oh wow nice to see Takeru get the main focus after all the Necrom, Spectre, and Akari stuff lately lol. I love the Onari and Javert stuff that is wonderful and when they use Onari for his compassionate heart is the best. Makoto vs Evil Makoto is getting intriguing, they sure put on a fun fight. I am intrigued with what angle will they pull with this story if Makoto is the real one or the fake one. Personally, I would rather see him be the fake one just because it would bring something different. I know the pain Alain, muscle fatigue sucks. Loved that Takeru was able to return the favor and helped inspire the Luminaries again because they all can still help him and I still love seeing Grateful Damashii too. Adel's form was intriguing that is one of the better looking monster forms of Kamen Rider villains. The 15 Luminaries Rider Kick was totally amazing and I loved the fight against Jairo. I can't wait to see more with Aria in the next episode.

In which Takeru almost re-dies to remind kids at home that they should still be collecting all the Eyecons.
Finally caught up on this now that SGDQ is over. It was very much an episode of Ghost. It didn't really seem like anything was really accomplished or that the plot advanced much. I guess Gyro died, which put an end to a serious threat that's done absolutely nothing since that one episode he was in two months ago. Also, Abel is now a tulip. That was silly. The only thing that really stood out to me was the Javert and Onari stuff. Onari needs to always be hanging out with Javert, it allows him to actually be a serious and productive character (when they aren't wrestling to the accompaniment of cartoon sound effects, at least). Next week looks like another random case of the week/fortnight. Is it just me, or does the show's plot seem to be actively slowing down instead of speeding up as we go into the final ten episodes? |
