Starting off Aug with SHF OOO's PuToTyra

Just today I got in SHF OOO TaJaDoru and I really love this thing, the metallic red is gorgeous his wrist joints are loose, but not too bad, and I don't mind the ball jointed feet, and I'm ok with the medajalibur, I guess since I don't have 8 like everyone else

well not in hand but lord I threw down some pre-orders...Super 1, Survive Knight, KR w Cyclone Joker...and D-Arts Terry Borgard! Oh and for the hell of it, got Gattack. I figured the Kabuto bodies seem to be going out of production, so I figured take advantage before regret...like I did for theBee...*sniff*

I've got quite a few cool things due in this month (SHF Akiba Blue, Fourze Module set 01 and most importantly, Riobot Gurren Lagann) but those on still on the way, so I'll just post this for now :D

EDIT: Just discovered the episode mastering on the last disc is faulty and while all the stock is being recalled, I have to get a refund and wait for a new version in a few months time rather than simply having a new disc sent out. Thanks a lot Manga UK ¬¬

So I had a big haul on my trip to Orlando:

and like the fool I am (that and I was rushed..), I picked up book 2 and 3 of Vol 1 of ultimate spider-man and book 1 of Volume 2 of ultimate spider-man...

So it was a pretty big but admittedly less toku than I expected haul. Still didn't see the Octozord or Bull zord from samurai either...

EDIT: Oh and a load of magic the gathering cards which I happened to get into whilst there =]

Blay Buckle is as "meh" as I expected and Gai is definitely nice!

I ran to my local Vintage Stock and found this dude for 15 bucks. He's incomplete, but he had both claws AND the friggin' chain.

He was caked in dirt so I completely disassembled him and cleaned it up. I got some free, vintage bug corpses in the process.

How much did Gai cost you?

I got him from CSToys for about $63 (before shipping). He doesn't come with a stand (which is a little lame considering he's an exclusive with very little in terms of accessories but oh well) but I want to own all of the Ryuki Figuarts.

I got mine for less than $63 after shipping from mandarake :D
I also got Akiba Blue today but one of her gold head crests is missing the gold paint :(. I'll probably just fix it with a gold gundam marker.

It's about damn time I found these!

I don't know if this constitutes as a "haul" per se but everything was bought today except for the Turbo dvd. Went to my first anime-con of a sort and Johnny Yong Bosch so ofcourse I had to get his autograph! The only thing I had that I felt would be worth getting autographed was my Turbo dvd. If only I had the MMPR dvd. :( Oh well. Haha. Still happy about this first power ranger/super sentai related autograph!

It's not bad! I like the fact that you can change the version of armor for him and the really cool storage coffin it came with! Not the most pose-able thing but it's 12 years old so I can forgive it.

have reviewed half of those...and LOVED them...you will have a blast with Gills
