Remember, only the first episodes are subbed, surprisingly they translate loose kanji too though not the openings, I'm gonna spend the rest of my day watching this

Part of me thinks that Toei's trying to see which of these shows are popular so I'm leaving a like on everything I enjoyed, this is just a fantastic lineup and I hope they sub more episodes

Hasbro might have something to do with no Sentai and B-Fighter.

It looks like they only uploaded the first two episodes of each show. I wonder if they'll have a consistent release schedule, or if they'll just randomly dump more episodes.

Where's Sentai and riders?

Sentai's one of the few things to be regionlocked alongside the stuff used in Big Bad Beetleborgs, which seems to be Hasbro's doing as Jaspion's on the just fine. As for Kamen Rider, the only thing they announced that would be on the service is Shin Kamen Rider, which is there too, don't know if they'll plan on doing more though

I just got done watching the first episode of Utau! Dairyugujou and it was very enjoyable. I think I remember hearing somewhere that its supposed to be a mix between a tokusatsu and a musical and it certainly an interesting mix that pairs pretty well with the fairytale motif it also has, being based off of a japanese fairytale. I'd sooner compared it to a sitcom then Rider or Sentai but it works for the episode. I can't wait to watch the second episode later today.

Here is a list of adapted Metal Heroes that have, technically, been seen in the West before thanks to Saban, and compiled here for future reference:

- Uchuu Keiji Shaider (used in V. R. Troopers)

- Spielvan (used in V. R. Troopers)

- Metalder (used in V. R. Troopers)

- Janperson (seen in one episode of Beetleborgs, "Convention Dimension", as a comic character)

- B-Fighter (source material for Beetleborgs)

- B-Fighter Kabuto (source material for Beetleborgs Metallix)

- Jiraiya (seen in one episode of Power Rangers Super Ninja Steel as "Sheriff Skyfire" in the episode of the same name)

It's only Ninja Captor and Zubat from what I can tell, luckily I preloaded Zubat episode 1 in a tab so I can still watch it

Copyright bots are automated and often take videos down despite the videos being uploaded by the owners, anothee example was Ubisoft UK getting a takedown by Ubisoft FR

I saw that Dynaman and Goranger were available briefly, but when I clicked on the videos, there were unavailable :(

I sincerely hope Toei creates an international site (with a variant app) to better modulate their intentions!

I actually don't trust YouTube too much anymore and automatic copyright bots are indicative of and credence for that disdain.

But is Toei put this videos on Youtube, there's no copyright infringement.

Apparently, that little detail is of no consequence with regard to YouTube's operational parameters!

I wouldn't be surprised if Denziman and Sun Vulcan were in there too, but I didn't notice them. I didn't watch any of them, I just saw that they were on the channel. I'm mildly curious as to why they have Gavan and Sharivan but not Shaider.

I'm genuinely fucking upset about this, I found some new potential favourites and there's some rather obscure stuff there. How disappointing that such a wonderful idea get completely fucking ruined by automated bots

Yeah, I was on their YT channel watching several obscure Toei's toku shows and then just suddenly Toei's toku global channel is taken down without explanation.

It appears that YouTube's automated bots filed, or recieved copyright strikes against Toei, from Toei. Because that's how stupid YouTube's copyright strikes program is.

Well putting it lightly this was kind of a mess.

Just like how all the stuff was just dumped with no organization or playlists. But wow they really did not factor their own Bots into this alongside Youtube's broken system?

Shame this happened, curious as to where they go from here though.

I know I shouldn't laugh, but after years of Super Sentai being notirously copyrighted by Toei for everything on YouTube, for the official channel (!) to fall prey to the same bots... it's kinda amusing. Annoying for how hyped we all were, though. At least I got to watch episode 1 of Kabutack.

BRAVO!! BRAVO TOEI!!!!! Oh am enjoying this more than I should the fact that Toei copyright claimed themselves. Mmmmmmm it leaves such a lovely taste. Mmm I am going to savor every ounce of this.

That was my first thought, too. Probably want to figure out which properties could have appeal outside Japan. Could even lead to a revival of something, I suppose.

If you can watch the episode, it means the channel is back on. I don't know what happened but it looks like Toei and Youtube got this resolved.

It sounds like this channel is off to a pretty rough start, but hopefully it works out in the long run. This whole idea is insanely exciting.

Oh, and everyone be sure to watch Akumaizer 3 if the channel hasn't exploded again by the time you're reading this. I will not rest until that show achieves the western popularity it so richly deserves, and the first two episodes are great.

Watching Robot Detective is also acceptable.

I actually have it on my list, along with Winspector, Inazuman and Kyodain, but I started watching Jiban first since a friend from Peru saw it when he was a kid (they broadcasted a dubbed version over there) and told me it was a good series.

I hope they put the 2 b-fighter series.
