That's definitely Madame Noir from ToQger!

Positives: Unused Sentai Villain gets a new lease on life and an addition to an adaptation! One Void Queen/Noir action figure, please!

Negatives: This effectively kills my ToQger Adaptation head-canon!

I mean Power Ranger is no stranger from reusing past monster suits in new things such as Maligore and Dark Specter is probably the most famous example.

Unexpected that they'd use ToQger suits this late.
EDIT: I think a ToQger adaptation is as dead as a dodo.

Didn't they used a modified version of Baron Nero for Power Rangers: Ninja Steel?

Good to see that a perfectly good villain costume like Madame Noir from ToQger gets to be used for a Power Rangers adaptation and not going to waste. How it would get utilized would certainly be very interesting to see.

Here's the thing, ToQger ended in early 2015, Ninja Steel started in 2017, so of course the costumes would still be in good condition.
Dino Fury is 2021 (I know it's 2022, but because of filming and all), which is quite long for a costume's lifespan unless maintenances is required, so that's where the surprise comes in.

They've been mixing-and-matching since the Mighty Morphin' days!

I just had Madame Noir in mind for a ToQger Adaptation, and that gets thrown out now. Just mad that someone acted smart and decided to throw a ringer in the deal.

Nero was the basis for Cosmo Royale. They used different heads (to allow for emotive facial expressions). P.R. don't get to enjoy no steampunk plague doctor villain!

My big question right now about Super Dino Fury involves a certain resurrected and currently at large X-Factor by the name of Lord Zedd. What’s gonna be HIS involvement in the season if at all?
