Dang, I work that day. Can't watch live for the first time.

I don't see a large scale "WOW Factor" right now. The shelves are leveling out into typical expectancy, as are my expectations.

I expect the second wave of Retro Megazord figures (press photos having already been released).

The upcoming Mega Fury Saber is another likely candidate.

The Mosa Razor and Ptera Freeze Zords might get some focus.

These are all things that one can easily see coming. I want something that few would anticipate. Something that the entire fandom will collectively scream and discuss and cheer about for months!

No Has-Lab, though! Those are ultra-expensive and untenable for so many!

Sadly, I don't see a big "WOW Factor" happening. I want to be wrong, though.

LC Wave 12, ZAP Dragonzord, probably a couple Deluxe or exclusives is what I'm expecting to see

April Fools...? Maybe? A lot of companies have gotten cute with the whole "april fools as if we'd do this", "haha! double fakeout we ARE doing it!" thing

I?ve wondered what a PR Haslab would look like. There?s no real 3.75 inch line for them to make a vehicle like the SkyStriker or Razor Crest. My guess, it would probably be a life sized weapon ( Power Blaster ? ) replica or an oversized ZAP release like the Lightspeed Megatrain

I really hope this isn't an April Fools joke. I would love these. Would mean there'd be a chance we see LC VR Troopers too!

I feel like Hasbro is asleep at the wheel on this line? John Warden, coming from Transformers, is probably feeling like he needs to focus on Zords like that new Ascension series, but there?s so many Rangers and monsters that they could do. They really just need to start pumping them out like Marvel Legends. Me personally, I?d love some figures from Time Ranger, Magiranger, Go Go Five? especially characters like Wolzard in the Monster line, that?d be super easy money?any kid would buy that.

In Hasbro's mind, the LC is the PR Version of Marvel Legends!

I have a nagging suspicion that Hasbro got ahead of themselves and thought they knew what they were doing...but the reality slowly crept in (COVID included) and soured those presumptions. Now they're twiddling their thumbs and jumping on the NFT bandwagon.

The best thing so far? They're actually trying to NOT suck-up to MMPR as bad as Saban did! Not saying they aren't, but it doesn't feel like it once did.

Like come on, a like what felt like a minute ad-break for a pinata of all things in a 13 minute show. Very laughable.

like seriously if they dont want to do power rangers anymore then sell it, there's no effort at all even the lightning collections line, it's a disaster like half assing the teams, not releasing all the gear at once. keep redoing the same stuff.

not even saying anything about the future of power rangers like this doesnt sound like a company that's interested in this brand either get their heads out of their butt, promote it like hell or just move on.

Isnt Power Rangers considered a B level Hasbro? Which is part of why they dont put more money in it.

Anyway yeah. While I am glad that we're getting what we are, that presentation was pretty lackluster. Especially after the posts they made on social media hyping it up.

I'll believe it when I see it. One of their sources in this article is @Jinsaku on Twitter, and he is a HUGE troll with far less access than he lets on. If they're quoting him, then it shows their sources are not well-placed.
