Nice! Been seeing reviews of the ZAP Megazord and it seems really cool!

There is a lot of negativity in those early reviews, but I love it. It's exactly what I wanted.

I've had disappointments with Hasbro's handling of LC recently but ZAP seems to be pretty good from what I've seen. Mecha aren't up my alley usually so it doesn't interest me - unless a miracle happens and they do Dynaman somehow - but they really seem to have delivered here

They have great prices, but too non-communicating, too bad, they had a few things that I could grab. Too sketchy feeling for my tastes compared to AmiAmi/Mandarake/Hobbygenki/ect who communicate immediately with the customer. This will put me at….581 so far, 41 to go

Lesson learned, stay away from Sketchy Okini.land shop.
Absolutely ZERO communication until you contact THEM, too bad they had good prices but could not fill even a simple order like mines. 6 Figures SUPPOSEDLY available on their website.
Thinking they don’t have what they say they do. And it caught up to them

This is a fairly common practice with these sites. New releases they will get physically in stock, but listings for older stuff is usually more "we're pretty sure we can get hold of this from one of our third party suppliers". Those take longer to ship and sometimes get randomly cancelled.

Inexcusable to not keep you informed, though this too is sadly common.

Before this, my only use of Okini.land was through Ebay(with plenty of customer protection for my use) so the packages have come FAST- I decided to use them directly, as they suggested their prices were cheaper there, of course, just get let down by their slack attitude after getting several hundred of my dollars.

If it?s ?out of stock? don?t LIST IT ONLINE AS AVAILABLE and have me wait 12 days to tell me what I already figured out.
Can?t WAIT to write the edit on my Trustpilot review, something I don?t take lightly, very unhappy about this transaction

Seems like a lot of places just list stuff as in-stock and try to find it later.

Probably Not, as the newer stuff is more likely to be taken care of.

Very happy the remaining Ryuki figures were released in a single pack and not bundled with the monsters. This officially wraps up my collection of all 13 So-Do Ryuki Riders. I couldn't assemble them because of my limited space, but I'm cooking up some ideas for a Ryuki display down the line. TATAKAE !

Build Genius I couldn't believe was a real release until it was actually in my possession, I never thought they would actually produce it. Well worth the wait

But I think Demons is the SHF of the year? It's a stunning piece that only gets better when you really inspect all the details in it: the finely sculpted musculature, the indents in the web sections, the detailing underneath the wrap-around eyes. It's going to be really tough for the rest of year's releases to top Demons in my view

So far from what I've seen I will have to agree that Demons is top tier for this year.

Couple of things arrived in the last week:

- SMP Gao Icarus! Lot chunkier than I expected, looking forward to building it and GaoHunter at some point. In the meantime, back to refreshing manda to see if they've got a GaoKing in stock.

- Redman: Volume 1! Had some a book token, picked up the 2021 Dalek novelisation plus this, on a whim after a few Redman episodes popped up on YouTube. Shame it has so much Pete Sinclair branding inside though...

I'm thinking about getting the Transformers Episodes on DVD soon whatever ones are out. Hopefully I can go in order starting with Beast Wars. Victory is the last one I have before that. I need to get the rest up to Micron Legend.

Bought a bunch of Digimon cards and traded my Imperialdramon deck for a Yellow Mother Reaper deck with a few promo cards thrown in.

Until now Cyclone Joker had never been among my favourite suits, but this figure really makes it pop.

Also started on Ultraman for the first time ever with Decker's premiere. I'm learning that Trigger is widely disliked?

I don't collect Black Series and I don't intend to start. But I made an exception for Vader because it was easy to order, retail price, and its Vader. This piece definitely passes the eye test with the great sculpt and soft goods cape, but the articulation leaves a bit to be desired. Despite those nitpicks it makes for a great display

Hopefully I can get the Tomb Raider Survivor Trilogy in September. A new Tomb Raider game is coming out.

Luckily I own Tomb Raider IX Underworld on PS 2.

Oooh you should not have shown me that little teamup image at the end, now I'm tempted to get Ryusoul Red as well... I genuinely feel they done such a great job on him, he's one of the best-looking figures in the line

Hasbro's incredibly lackluster posing in their promo pics don't do these figures any favors. Having another LC figure in hand (Time Force Red) showed me just how expressive these figures can be, so I took the chance on Dino Fury/Ryusoul.

Actually being able to pose it like the rollcall and other Toei promo pics is incredible, let me tell ya. The only downside of this release is the missing paint. The changer is just all black plastic, albeit all the details are all sculpted in. The blade is missing red paint, and they cast it in silver plastic when I believe it was white on the prop?

That's pretty much it though. For the ease and price I got it for it's a really good pickup.

Yeah, the missing paint seems mostly forgivable -- the changer is so small I both get it and it doesn't impact much (and I never liked that thing anyway lol), and while the blade is a bit frustrating it still looks fine for a sword and also still means the figure itself looks pristine

I think my biggest complaints about the LC figures are the neck and the hips. The hips just look bad with the way the legs join to the torso. If the figure is posed just standing straight, the hips always stand out to me. That’s why I think they always look better in a crouch or squat or whatever. And I wish they would make the neck double jointed. One ball joint for the head, and one for the neck to join to the body. Also the accessories are just ugly most of the time. Thank you for allowing me to get those complaints off my chest here.

I own a bunch of these figures though and I am very happy to get some cheap(ish) power rangers figures that I can pretend are sentai figures.

That dino ____ red looks great. I have no confidence in selecting the right word after “dino” with these Power Ranger Dino series. When I requested the replacement head for abarekiller from hasbro, I totally beefed it and said dino thunder or charge, whatever the wrong choice was.

Yeah LC hip joints have always been my biggest gripe. They can't bring their legs together for a cool Ryusoulger pose, nor spread out in a strong triangle stance. They just look constantly relaxed.

But I keep buying them and reselling just a few weeks later after failing to do any poses I like!
