Which unsubbed tokusatsu show/movie do you want translated the most?
I'm just curious about what everyone wants!
For me Inazuman Flash is the biggest one. The original show is translated, but Flash is essentially just the second half of the show, not a sequel series. Really stings that it isn't available! |
Kabutack and Robotack, shows from the Armor Heroes and Toei Fushigi Comedy franchises.
|
The entire Cho Sei Shin series.
|
Also Suki! Suki!! Majo Sensei. This is also an Ishinomori show, and it came out the same year as Kamen Rider.
|
Something well-known, Shinkenger. Obscure, Cybercop. Cybercop I can see Shout Factory picking it up for being a rare and obscure toku hero show.
|
Official English Subtitle Release of Zone Fighter so I can complete a Godzilla marathon I was doing with some friends.

Weird pick but Ultraseven episode 12 still does not have a prober translation. Yes I know the dubbed version exists but so does the Japanese version and to this day remains untranslated by anyone.
|
That episode 12 is untouch for a good reason.

For me:
Jikuu Senshi Spielban (only because the footage was used in VR Troopers) Metalder (another show that was used in VR Troopers) I mean we already saw Discotek in the US licensing and releasing several Metal Hero toku shows like Juspion, Gavan, Sharivan, and Shaider (one of the three show that VR Trooper used), and recently Jiban. For Super Sentai show: Himitsu Sentai Gorenger (we already got the manga courtesy of Seven Seas Entertainment, so when is Shout Factory or even Discotek can get the full series in the US in high def. Oh and I believe it had a previous subtitled broadcast in Hawaii, and elsewhere in some part of the US), Battle Fever J, Denjiman, Sun Vulcan, Dynaman, Bioman, Changeman, Flashman, Maskman, Liveman I mean that's all I can think of. But any other obscure toku shows that hasn't seen the day of light outside of Japan would be welcome. |

Iron king. It was ahead of its time. You wouldn't find a 70s toku protagonist like goro
