Definitely. And it won't be flashbacks. They know fans wanted Coulson to live and he even mentions Life Model Decoys. They've given him a loophole and now they're saying he'll be one of the main characters of the series. And since it bridges Avengers 1 and 2 I think it's safe to say he won't be flashback.
