Ultra Act Ultraman Nexus Preview
 

With Ultra Act Ultraman Nexus due out next week, Tamashii has posted a brief preview of this new figure! The eyes and core are molded in clear plastic, with the latter coming in blue and red. The shadows shown on the eyes aren't from paint, the effect actually comes from how the eyes are sculpted!


Thanks to Gojira Prime for the heads up. Ultra Act Ultraman Nexus costs 3,360 yen, and is scheduled for release on February 27th. In the meantime, check out some preview images by clicking the headline.

the main question for me with this line why give this its own line and not be part of the figuarts line

The same reason D-Arts and MonsterArts are their own things.

And Ultra-Acts are bigger than Figuarts.

The head sculpt on this guy looks beast.

I've only picked up a few Ultra-Act releases but this is damn cool looking and awfully tempting. I'm pretty stacked with preorders for March and April though, so we'll see.
