Walking the path towards Heaven, Bandai has announced their next Complete Selection release will be none other than Kamen Rider Kabuto’s Kabuto Zecter!

What exactly is Complete Selection and how do you have one for the Kabuto Zecter?
Don't you need a collectable gimmick to have a "Complete" anything?

As far as I know Complete Selection has done: Kuuga, Faiz, Hibiki, Den-O, W and now Kabuto.

Theyve done Hibiki? Didnt know that one. I thought they had least done all pre-Den-O
