ah i see, i do apologise for posting in the wrong place.

However, I do want to get some clarification as to how these things work (I am still somewhat a newish member to this forum), why is it im not allowed to start threads for newly released official images of Zangestu and Sakura Hurricane and other users can?

Don't know specifically, but, short answer is they don't want threads all over the place, and info on subjects in other threads spread out. Basically, everyone wants a concise forum experience. BUT, if they haven't said anything yet, then I guess it's ok. I think some of the users you see might be mods, or on some sort of senior system I'm not aware of. Just check the rules.

Nobody said you weren't allowed to, however threads for new releases tend to go in the "news and rumours" section. Since there was already a thread in there, that was the one I linked the front page news post to. Like MetroPoliceGray said, its to keep things concise and stop discussion going on in multiple threads.
