Official Alien/Predator thread
 

I was unable to find a thread for this franchise, so I decide to make one. So who here is a fan of the Alien and Predator franchise? They are both my favorite franchises as long I can remember. Alien, Aliens and Predator are my all time favorite films. I didn't mind Alien 3, Predator 2 and Predators but I do feel like the 4th Alien movie kinda sucked. I hate the AVP movies though.

Looks like the director of District 9 has been announced to direct Alien 5.

I'm a bigger fan of Predators. Loved the original Alien movies though.

AVP was ok, AVP 2 sucked hard. Wolf was a badass Predator though.

PredatorS had a really interesting take with the whole (I forgot what they were called) bigger/tougher/mutated?/older predators being the top of the food chain and the predators as we know are second to them.

Berseker predator is my all time favorite predator though, he's OP but he kicked ass.

Super Predators?
Out of that team I liked Falconer the best.

Going by this news, it looks like Ripley in the movie won't be the same Ripley from the 4th movie. It seems like Alien 5 is pulling off a Superman Returns on us.
