Joe Odagiri (Kuuga) loses a Son
 

We have sad news to report today. Joe Odagiri, better known to us as Godai from the first Heisei Rider Kamen Rider Kuuga, and his wife actress Yuu Kashi, have lost their one year old son.

Thoughts and Prayers from an entire Toku Community for the horror they must be going through right now.

Oh damn that's really sad :(

I know he's not a huge fan of Kamen Rider and is rather tired of his role, but I hope he knows his fans support him and his family with their thoughts, he's not alone. It's a heavy blow to take, I pray he and his wife get better eventually.

This is extremely tragic. My condolences go out to them. I hope they can make it through this :(

I knew I shouldn't have looked into it because it would make me said but as I looked into it his son died of intestinal complications.

My wishes go out to him, no one should have to go through this :(

I'll keep him and his family in my thoughts and pray to the Gods that his son rests in peace.

How awful.... especially for someone so young.

I haven't seen Kamen Rider Kuuga, but I know its terrible to lose a child. Send him my prayers from a newbie Toku fan.
