It is kinda hard to beat "faster than time," yeah.

Why is Wizard Infinity considered fast? I don't think it belongs in this category. Also, what about Accel Trial?

Well, if we go by the speed they can reach, then yes, it's Hyper Kabuto. But if we take endurance in account AND the fact that Kabuto and Faiz have a time limit, Accel Trial, OOO Lataroratah Combo and Drive Type Formula are runner ups (no pun intended).

Hyper Kabuto has a time limit? Hyper Clock Up seems to end whenever Kabuto wants it too, and he has a tendency to use it multiple times in a row.

I wasn't sure if Hyper had one too, that's why I just said Kabuto. It's been a while since I've seen that show.

Yeah Hyper Kabuto without question. Even if he had a time limit hes so fast that it really doesnt matter.

I'll never ever try to think that something in Kabuto is not totally fanfic-y again.
