I can't post at all.

It keeps giving me an error message, as if I've broken an unspoken rule or something.

I literally just made an account a few weeks ago, and I have done nothing to deserve this.

At least, I don't think I have...

Also, "Five seconds in between posts"? I can understand that, but I've waited more than five seconds, and I still can't post anything.

Forbidden words and too many URLs? What? It's perfectly clean, only occasionally containing one URL.

Automatic spam filters disallow new registrations to post a URL if their post count is under 10. That's thanks to China spambots which would do nothing but post hundreds of threads with a URL.

I see your posting fine without using URL's ... that should change after you hit 10 posts.
