Depends. If you order with Paypal they will charge you immediately. If you use your debit/credit card, then, like with most other preorders, you will be charged when the item ships.

Does anyone know if a Premium Sound Edition is going to be released for the Asia English subs? I know I could probably just create a custom soundtrack, but I'm lazy, and I like the convenience.
