Would Mangakas work with with some comic book publishers like DC and Marvel ?

Some of them have work with American comic book companies. Kazuo Koike (Lone Wolf & Cub and Lady Snowblood) did write an issue of X-Men before.

I'd like to see them make original stories along with DC and Marvel.
