Going by the name it's only Don Robotaro, you still need the others from the standard release for combination.

The thought of making my favorite toy of the year even better does appeal to me - but I also don’t want to throw an entire Robotaro to the side.

Then again, now that I have seen the "big" combination of Onitaijin and the dragon mech and have decided that I don’t like it and will not buy it - might just use the funds on this instead. The sitting pose with the fan in hand is just too cool.
