It's the premium brand for Figuarts. Basically it's like the Medicom RAHs, but plastic and smaller.

You don't have to know the included accessories if you had a list of names for future releases and the name of the figure literally was "Mega Red and Cyber Slider". See any of the SHF figure/bike combo releases.

There's already been a significant gap in Showa Rider bike releases between January (Amazon) and May 2015 (Riderman). That's not consistent.

I think Bandai prefers listing Western properties separately from the Japanese ones, especially if there's events to tie in with the reveals. The Marvel Figuarts in particular are probably continuing over this period to tie with Age of Ultron.

And it's only three months represented, maybe there just aren't Precure or Sailor Moon Figuarts covering that timespan, or this list is indeed specifically listing toku releases and not representing the anime ones. There's no DBZ listings either and that property is printing Bandai money overseas.
