Tbh it shouldn’t as long as people are tolerant and do not have any kind of toxic behavior, but yeah I feel like this is still a hot topic for some.

Man, you're the only one insistent on this being a controversial topic. Everyone else is totally cool with this. Your flip flopping on whether or not you think gay romance is inappropriate for kids is the only source of disagreement the last several pages. Just let it go

I said that this was not newsworthy as this is a pretty normal/common thing where I live.

Where did you get that idea? My english might be broken but come on, how could you think that?

Just to finish it here : I’m against heavy romantic depiction in kids show, whoever it is.(kissing and more I mean)

Anyway, now I understand that for some of you, having a news about it is important.
I’m more of a guy that thinks that this was some normal stuff and the news wasn’t needed as it tends to play the game of those that are against that subject.

Ha yes, you clearly misunderstood I think.
That happens, it might not have been clear, but I make no distinction in terms of romance as it is a pretty normal thing to me ( be it because of the people who raised me or even the country where I live now)

What I wanted to say by «*heavy depiction*» is when it becomes a bit too graphic, be it hetero or gay.

Also, this might come off as weird or ignorant, but do gay, hetero or bi kids exist?
It seemed to me that you couldn’t identify your sexual preferences before your teens…

And thanks Chaos Entity, because you actually answered a lot of the questions I had, but you’ve raised so many more.
I still don’t get how a Big country like the US, or how a progressive country like the UK could be so late about this subject. I mean, the UK literally had gay and queer icons during the 80s and 90s. You would think mentalities would have evolved since then… ( I don’t like the word «*queer*» by the way, I find it rather…offensive, so yeah, I feel dirty using it)
