Nope. Sent them an email everything single day and haven't heard a word.

Thing is I'd already gotten a confirmation on the Legend Rider Lock Seeds. The next day I ordered two more things at Nakano and asked for an order combine. So the original confirmation is still good, and they've never told me I'm late paying it or anything. But they've never confirmed/cancelled my newly combined order.

I'm having the worst luck with Mandarake lately.

Ordered 2 items almost a week ago with no confirmation or follow-up.

Which stores? Umeda has been pretty quick for me.

Mandarake has been pretty iffy for me lately, too. Nakano has been the absolute worst, but Shibuya has been pretty bad, too.

Weird. I ordered something from Shibuya on Monday and had it ship yesterday.

That's even more frustrating. Grrr.

I've actually had order confirms from Umeda, Sapporo, Shibuya, and my long awaited Nakano order. Al in the last week....

It really seems like just Nakano unless Kickback's is somewhere else.

I've had a nakano order in process for a month. But once I got final confirmation and paid, they shipped it out Monday and I got it today. But they still never responded to a single one of my emails.

I have a question about Mandarake. Have they ever sent any of you a shipping adjustment payment request after sending you the initial payment request? The reason I ask is because the shipping price they gave me didn't change after combining two figures to the three I ordered before. I also feel that I remember reading that it happened to someone, but they could've been talking about another site.

I know I'm a little late, but if you combine orders that haven't been paid for, they should. The second order, provided you let them know in the note section, will include the first order, so you only pay the second invocie that has everything on it.

They won't combine open (paid for) orders.

They shipped my order Saturday. I ordered five figures that were each the size of Figuarts or somewhat larger, and the shipping was about 1880 SAL. It felt like that was cheap from what I've read.

Mandarake has given me nothing but trouble. I'm black-listed now because I wouldn't pay a bill after they messed up an order three times, refused to admit their mistake, and then tried to bill me for the incorrect items anyway. Afterward (when I was still trying to explain the problem so they could correct my order and I could pay) they told me to "go bother some other company". Excellent customer service from those guys :/

I'd be lying if I tried to remember...though the order had about three items so it was probably multiple stores. This was close to a year ago.

No offense, but if you ordered from multiple stores, then really that's on you. They don't combine orders from multiples store locations. How was the order "messed up" exactly? Were you under the impression they would put those orders together rather than make you pay for them separately? I'd just like to know I guess since I've always had good experiences there.

Aside from the Christmas snafu Mandarake has possibly been the greatest toy resource I've ever had. More than half my collection came from them. And I've never had a serious issue in all honesty. Again it took them a few weeks to get me that order confirm at Christmas. But once they did it arrived a couple days later just as promised. My experience with their customer service has been nothing but positive. They've even orchestrated returns for some expensive items from me before that were damaged on arrival. Hell they gave me a FREE DX Daikaioh once because the one I bought had been broken and poorly repaired.

Heck they even say on the site that they only combine items if they are ordered from the same store and to make sure you order from the same store if you want combined shipping.Still unless you were being obnoxious banning you seems harsh.

I've only ordered from Mandarake twice, but my experience has been positive.

If you do too many order cancellations, or don't pay (cancel) too many orders without notifying them why, they'll ban you. But that's in their rules so that should be expected. Generally if you follow their rules and have an issue, contacting them resolves it with out any problems at all.

On any of these sites is there one that doesn't charge ridiculous for shipping?

Most of the sotres listed offer SAL shipping, which is usually fairly affordable at the exchange of being noticeably slower.

Yup. Already gotten a few orders in from there since the christmas clusterfluff.

Argh, that sucks butt. Put in an order for MG Accel and W, and only Accel was in stock. Granted Accel's the one I want more, but it's frustrating as I know W sat there for a long while, and it's obvious it sold out a while ago, they just never updated their listing. And there's no other kits in the same store.

Mandarake can be so frustrating.

Accel is a good kit, it was the first of those Figure-rises I assembled. In retrospect, it would have been better to build a couple W kits, then Accel, then the other W kits.

Because the 4 Ws and Skull are IDENTICAL, except for some small details. Accel is largely completely different, except in a few minor places, like the knees and elbows and ankles.

Also, if you really want to make Accel look good, you'll want to paint all the grey-ish/silver-ish plastic to an actual silver, it looks so much better. The red is nice and metallicky to begin with.

Yup, I always paint the silver on my Figurise, and the blacks matte if they're supposed to be. I find they typically get coloured plastics right, though. And if you want them to look best, you GOTTA paint some details.
