I really curious, what if normal human are become Magia after ZetsumeRiser belt is implemented to human body? Maybe the normal human who become Magia will be killed and this situation will be similar to Hase (Hekija Inves) who are killed by Kamen Rider Sigurd.

The ZetsumeRiser works by reprogramming AIs. So no, a human can't use it. Since Horobi and Jin don't have the earpieces, I'd imagine they're humans. Thus the ForceRiser is probably the 'human-safe version' of the ZetsumeRiser.

As Omnikaser said, the official name given for the kaijin (and turned grunts) this season is "Magia."

Though Genmcorp seems to be the only group actually using that...I will never understand the need to editorialize official stuff like that from groups like O-T, but unless we get something in-show that screams at the audience "we spelled it this way on purpose!" they'll probably just stick with Magear. Bit of a pet peeve there but oh well.

Blood Stark vs Stalk is another one i remember seeing comment threads getting heated over.

I see the resemblance in their relationship, but not the results.

From what I recall of the early character bios, Jun (the Vice Prez) does hold a grudge against Aruto, but other aside from that he apparently is a good guy in most other scenarios.

It's likely he's antagonistic to Aruto, cause he just doesn't want some failed comedian to come in and take everything he and Aruto's granddad built and drive it into the ground.

And then they romanised it as Brad Stark. Good times, good times.

Plus, as mentioned in the episode; he feels he's worked his way up to the top while Aruto is chosen on (what at least looks like) pure nepotism.

The crossover movie's planning is led by the current production, so the villains will be created by Zero One's team. They could go with an Another Rider, but considering Heisei Generations & Final, I think it's more likely they'll go with a villain they can actually tie into Zero-One's series itself.

Maybe the main villain is one of MetsubouJinrai.NET terrorist who come from future and he will become Another Zero-One....

And, hopely Sougo can use Zero-One Ridewatch to access Zi-O Zero-One Armor...

I still really want some of Legend Heisei Riders will be appeared in the movie....

It's really hitting me now just how many Riders Zero-One will potentially have. We've got the five confirmed from the start; but then there's the Q2 belt that that above likely points to; then the Q3/4 retool/recolour belt; then likely a summer movie-exclusive rider...

And then you realise this all makes sense when Ex-Aid had around 8 riders itself. This could be the most Riders we've had since then.

There isn’t always a third-quarter belt/Rider, though. Zi-O didn’t have one, nor did Ghost.

Ghost did have one, it was just a bit more unconventional than usual -- rather than being a new rider, it was the belt he used for Grateful. Ghost as a series saw three belts at retail; the Ghost Driver, the Necrom Driver, and the Grateful driver. It's clearly something that they decided against doing again because I can't think of any other time since or even before where an upgrade for the main rider was through a new belt, thus I think we can safely assume it'll be new riders for Q3 belts from here on out, as was the case for Ex-Aid and Build.

Zi-O is definitely an interesting exception... at retail. But we've seen not just one but TWO belts as Premium Bandai exclusives -- the Mirai Rider Driver and the Oma Zi-O Driver, both of which are relevant to characters in the show. So I feel safe in saying that the trend will continue in some form.

However...they are in no way the same thing, seeing as the Mirai Driver went up for order in the Second Quarter (like the Proto-Mega Ulorder or the Para-DX Buckle) and the Oma Zi-O Driver at the end of the show (making it the same thing as the Bannou Driver). Neither were used by permanent main cast members either.
Having big third-quarter belts seems to be something they cycle on. We had the White Wizard Driver...but then nothing until the Eyecon Driver-G (though we did get the Signal Axe for Chase in Drive). This was then followed by the Buggle Driver II and the Evol Driver...but nothing in Zi-O.

That's true! But my point was purely that it would be another rider; even if they get as much screentime as Scissors or Quiz.

Though... yeah, either way, the Zi-O situation is odd as it's been a standard since Drive (and W and Wizard done it prior). I can only imagine it was because of how much legacy stuff they were putting out; compared to even Build or Ex-Aid the Ridewatch train just refused to stop.

It should be as well, though, that Chase reused the Mach Driver Honoh without alteration, and just got a weapon to come with his trinket - which is one way they could have a seventh rider but reuse the Shot Riser, Force Riser, Zero-One Driver or, assuming that post is true, the ThousanDriver.

Zi-O's third quarter is perplexing though. It was unusually barren, and very little made it to mass retail. IIRC, it just the Grand Zi-O and Woz Ginga Ridewatches.

I'd guess part of the issue with the lack of a third belt in the main toyline of Zi-O was just the production team itself. Based on some recent interviews, Shirakura dislikes villains that can be active, transform and fight from early in the show. He prefers them as background figures rather than like active members of a standard tokusatsu "evil organization" (with rubber suits and such), something he considers taken up by Sentai nowadays.

That's probably why we didn't get an extra belt and Swartz only got a transformation in the final arc itself. It's probably not something solid enough yet that Bandai absolutely enforced on him, and with the Watches selling well there was no need to force it on the show's production.

Bandai decides all this stuff well in advance. A hypothetical Third Driver would have been decided upon very early in the show’s run, before they could know how well Ridewatches would sell.
Shirakura would have literally zero control over things like that, as it’s all be decided months in advance by Bandai.
Besides, not all third quarter belts are used by evil guys. The Eyecon Driver G was used by Takeru, and Chase only became a Rider after he had already become a good guy.

NVM weapon only uses one. But it's basically the Beat Crosser. You pull the ring, then put in a RiseKey.

He looks like Blade King and Jack. He definitely looks like the main villain. He reminds me of the Shadow Kaijin from ToQger. The heroes look very simple, but he looks detailed and complex.

Even the initial toyline is designed in conjunction with the show's team even if to a limited extent (see Tsukada being the one that pushed green/black for W's colors) and the later quarters are much more strongly influenced by the series itself - it's why for example you get Cross-Z going from a sword wielder to a knuckle punching Rider in his later forms. The original form was designed before his character was set, but the later ones were made with Banjo in mind.

Also, Ghost's case is the oldest of the trio and clearly didn't set the trend for how they'd handle these. The third belts in both Ex-Aid and Build were just modifications of existing designs, something that easily might be added due to influence of the actual show production. They weren't original core designs for the toyline, unlike the sequence of main Rider upgrades for example. So, it's very likely they wouldn't exist if the producer of those series didn't want them to exist, unlike the actual unique parts.

The team at toei can affect some things - like designs and colours, but they likely can't add (unless Bandai have reason to believe it'll sell) - and definitely not take away, things Bandai wants to sell. Like, they couldn't tell Bandai not to make a belt if Bandai thinks that it might sell. Not to mention that the one time we know Toei did ask Bandai for something - a Final Form for Kaito - all Bandai gave them was Lemon Energy, which didn't get any unique toys for Baron.
The most likely reason for Bandai not doing a third belt in Zi-O would the Evol Driver and/or Buggle Driver Zwei not selling as well as expected.

I really don't think a repaint or minor modification is "taking away" though. Pushing to avoid one of those isn't really the same as pushing against actual unique items.

Baron's situation is kind of different since like you say there that didn't involve Bandai adding any toys, it was just the tv staff using what was already there (with Kaito's popularity being used as justification for the budget for the new helmet prop which was necessary for the form).

If they were actually core of the toyline and Bandai believed there was a market for them they'd get unique designs though. The fact that they were just modifications of existing items heavily points to them being there due to show staff influence rather than an actual Bandai push. It's very telling that both happened under the same producer too.

If anything Grateful probably didn't sell very well, but the Ex-Aid and Build teams wanted that extra belt to make their final bosses more special, which is why we got those repaints. Even Ohmori's first show also had the Banno Driver, although it wasn't part of the main toyline (only getting release at the end of the show) unlike the later ones in Ex-Aid and Build - which just further points to this being mostly producer driven. He already pushed it before, so they integrated it better in the later series when he wanted it again, which is why they were part of the main toyline rather than a show-only story prop that later got merchandising like how the Banno Driver was handled.
