I honestly don't understand the attachment to the character but I enjoyed seeing his downfall. He just doesn't feel significant in the same way that the main 4 do.

Agreed. Honestly I've only ever really viewed him as a plot gateway to bigger things.

I've always thought of Hase as death-fodder for the show.

I still say Kouta and Kaito are going to get attachments for their drivers,one that lets them use energy seeds with locks seeds at the same time on their belt.It would explain a few things.

1.The attachment that comes with the Genesis driver toy for the Sengoku belt
2.When you use an energy lock seed on the attachment on the Sengoku driver,it delays it and unlocks a special sound cue
3.The energy lock seed that was reported on the site earlier has a port on its right side,the same side that would hang off the edge of the attachment.There's also a rumor the other flap on the lock unlocks with a "key".Maybe the new lock works like Beast's belt.

It would also explain the spoilers saying they'll get a more powerful belt.Seeing as how they won't use the Genesis driver,using 2 seeds on the Sengoku would make it more powerful.
