Out of curiosity: Can Wizard Flame Dragon duel weild the Sword like he did when he first went all Dragon?

Well since he's not out yet, there aren't any pics to show off where he's using two swords...

But the preview pics depict him wielding the sword in both hands (as well as the sword and gun at the same time), so I'd say it's a safe bet. ;)

When you place a preorder does not place you at a higher priority for when you get your item. They just don't work like that. Yeah it's unfortunate you have to wait a little longer, but unless you definitely have Prime shipping on it, that's why. If you do - there isn't really a reason for it to take longer.

It's almost certain that he CAN duel wield the swords, but whether he'll come with 2 swords is another matter entirely.

It depends though. Because I'm pretty sure when you preorder something like a video game console they have to do it in order.

Thats fine. I plan on getting Dragon Flame and Flame Style at some point, so I'll have two of each weapon.

The offical photos shows Flame dragon with two swords, I'm pretty sure.

$80? well actually that's, $40 apiece so I guess that would be normal release priceing, but I have to get Bouken Red before I even try to get these two :lol

That's just their listing for the Japanese version, they've done that before when Bluefin gets an exclusive - they have the exclusive version at a premium then when they get the Bluefin solicitation they drop it in favor of that version, at a cheaper price. I don't know why they don't just wait.

That's fine with me, I was more than happy with the price so if it ends up cheaper than that, all's the better.

So I got Wizard today from Amazon.

First of all, they sent him in a 9x9x18 box! Thank goodness I wasn't paying by box size.

Second... he did NOT include the first run bonus. >_<

Edit: Contacted Bluefin on Facebook; was told to contact customer service. It should've been included.
Editedit: But I was told to include a picture of the box with the Bluefin sticker alongside an invoice. But the Bluefin sticker is on the bottom of the box, so how would they know...

Mine came in an adequately sized box. I did not get the strike wizard robe either.

I'm wondering if Amazon does actually listen to the packaging reviews, seeing as my last few have been how the "boxes" were too small. I guess they fixed that this time? :P

Bluefin asks you for the sticker to verify that it's one of their distributed Figuarts and not one from Bandai Japan, since they can't provide customer service to Japanese releases.

Ok, it must've happened when he fell over while I was trying to pose him, but Wizard's antennae are apparently very fragile. After I got him in a nice pose I noticed something off about them, the points were broken off. I recovered one of them, which was surprising since it's so incredibly tiny. I've fixed that one, but the other piece is probably 1/3 the size of the one I fixed, so I'll probably just deal with that one being broken. It's an extremely minor detail though, so for display purposes, it's barely noticeable.

I swear, if I have to jump through hoops to get my first release bonus I am gonna be beyond pissed. I'm already likely to not make any future purchases from Bluefin...at least not preorders, this would just seal the deal for me.

Also, I really really want the Ryuki Figuart, but I am on a "no more figures" deal after Wizard T_T

I have a feeling this is an Amazon goof up, which really sucks as so many of us have been waiting/still are (even though it's in stock mine hasn't shipped yet) and now we won't get the bonus part. I really hope Bluefin and/or Amazon will set things right.

Also, does anyone know why Amazon does pre-order price guarantee for books and dvds but not toys? I know it's only a few dollars but I feel screwed over that when they get Figuarts in they always drop the price a little but I still get charged full.

I was trying to say how would they know it was a Wizard Figuart the sticker was on, if there's nothing on the bottom of the box uniquely identifying it as him.

Well that's... really strange. Looking at them, it doesn't seem likely that they'd snap at all. They're connected to his helmet the whole way up, so shouldn't be prone to the typical possibility of snapping off at the base. One would think, anyways. And they aren't even that long...

Still, something to look out for it seems. Sorry man. :/

So does anyone know the email for Bluefin customer support? I replied asking for it, but haven't gotten anything back, and I'm not finding anything on their Facebook page. I want to try and get this emailed to them ASAP.

Right, I found that but since it's sales@bluefin, I figured it was just for stores to use. And they want me to attach a copy of the invoice and a picture, which can't be done via the form at least.

UPC. I don't own Wizard myself, but I can see from pics that the UPC isn't on the back, so it's got to be on the bottom, right?

Amazon's price guarantee is only during the preorder period, not once it's in-stock. Also, the price can only be based on what Amazon.com is asking, not third-party sellers, but in this particular case I don't know if you two are referring to Amazon's own price or another seller.

That said, I've always canceled and placed a new order whenever the preorder price goes down, for the added peace of mind.

Don't bother. Amazon doesn't know the nuances of contacting customer service for things like this. Bandai Japan isn't likely to help you if you contact them directly and will probably tell you to contact Bluefin themselves, if they even understand your email. Bandai America can't help you either.

Yes, yes, I know it's based on what Amazon.com asked... I was ultimately charged a few dollars more than the lowest price it hit during the preorder period, because that's what it was when I placed my order. Like you said, for peace of mind I should have just cancelled and replaced the order.

You can contact Amazon and raise a stink over the price guarantee not being honored, and will probably get the money back. I wish I was monitoring Wizard's prices over all this time so I could see exactly what happened myself.

You're welcome. I had the email handy because I had to replace a broken stand arm from SHMA Godzilla. They responded promptly but it does take time for them to get pieces from Bandai Japan.

So I am looking into getting Ryuki off of BBTS from my dad for my birthday in July.

Was really going back and forth if I wanted Ryuki or Zolda. While Kitaoka was easily my favorite character in the series, and I absolutely love the design of Zolda's suit and vents, Shinji is the main rider and I've kinda got that as my running theme in my collection it would seem, plus I feel that Ryuki is a far better deal as far as what you get for your money (seeing as he comes with freaking Dragredder, a stand for the two of them, cards, hands, etc.), plus I did really enjoy his character for the most part.

I know I am on a "no more figures" thing right now, we don't really have the room for them, and I certainly can no longer spare the money for them. But if I get one from my dad for my birthday, I think an exception can be made. Especially since Ryuki has quickly become my favorite season of the show.

Question, is the Figuart of Accel red or orange? The pictures on Mandrake make him look orange, but I'm pretty sure he was red in the show.
