Smogon banned Aegislash.... This is literally why I hate that site. They'll sometimes ban things that don't really need to be banned.

And with Aegislash getting banned Mega Metagross has become even scarier.

I've always thought Smogon was full of bullshit. The movesets they put up can be pretty fantastic, sure, but I have never once, ever cared for their "rules."

But Mega Metagross is almost sure to be an insta-ban once ORAS release at least.

The only smogon rules I really liked were sleep clause and endless battle clause. What these clauses are speakers for themselves.

They're even trying to completely ban Gengarite from the game. Smogon has really become crap this gen. I mean I can understand banning Mega Kangaskhan and Gengar to Ubers, but Aegislash is pure stupidity.

They can't even just ban the use of Speed boost on Blaziken's because they claim that to be too "complex"

And you can't get the ones exclusive to another game unless you trade with a friend or use the GTS, Pokemon Bank is USELESS with item transfer between the two games, I hate that so much e_e.

Pinsirite and Heracronite is being distributed after GameStop stores around August 18 - August 31. Pinsirite guess to people with a copy of Pokémon Y and Heracronite for people with X. That's something.

I'd still really like a spare Heracrosite :lol

But their rules are purely arbitrary...you don't need to follow them.
