Those are Kotobukiya Mechanical Chain Bases, I have a bunch too. They're like 6"x6" and you can stack them. They're getting kind of rare but koto will probably rerelease them or make new ones. HLJ still has a couple in stock. You can buy them on ebay but beware the TT knock off ones, they supposedly are warped and won't connect.

Wave's H Hanger sets are basically the same thing, but a little more adaptable.

bluesparrow is correct on the base. Dimensions wise, I can't remember off hand but should be around 6".

However, I decided to go the knock off TT route as I bought like 12 sets. Quality is reasonable good in fact. I have no issues connecting or warping as well. You guys can consider it. :)

That's good to hear about the TT ones actually. Heard bad things for a while, but I guess it's like everything else with toys online, one person has a bad experience and that's the story that gets passed around
