There is no movie. They're probably confused because a Kamen Rider winter movie got announced and they thought Sentai was getting one too.

Yeah, likely they were thinking "where is the movie-exclusive Mecha?"
I mean, almost all series until now have had a Movie Mecha. At least, all of the recent series. Like Kishiryujin, Engine Dai-Shogun, Kyoryu Origami, Blast Buggy, GaoKong, Cerberus Voyager, etc. It would be odd for there NOT to be a Movie-exclusive Mecha.

Normally the Movie Exclusive Mecha would be in the Summer Movie.

But given we got Super Hero Senki, that ended up not happening.

Well, at least we have Black JuraGaon which, being a repaint of the main mech, was usually used as a movie mech

Given Stacey tends to switch between straight-up villain and antihero, I don't think it's out of the question for him to fill the role of an Extra Hero near the finale.
