Well there was no real way to determine levels from the sounds alone. For Occult and Ancient, we knew most of the levels of their matches. Cosmic and Fantastic only match with each other, so levels can’t really be determined there.

The latest rumours indicate that Legend will be returning in April, with a new power up gun, while Gotchard will be getting his “ultimate item” in June.

Color809, the Chinese leaker from Tieba has just give out infos regarding Gotchard's final form.

Apparently Gotchard will use the 101st Chemy Card, which is a rainbow themed dragon, along with two other rainbow themed cards to transform into his final form.

Also there?s already a Dragon card, so why double up?
Also looking at the image, not seeing green or purple.
As for Legend, is his new form more ridiculous than Decade 21?

Rainbow Gotchard looks pretty alright, I dig the 2 rainbow arrows pointing at the big furnace/core in the center.

Gorgeous Legend is... just okay, I want to see how the actual suit looks. Specifically, that giant wheel on him is either gonna make or break the form for me.

Although now that I think about it... Why is Legend getting a power up form exactly? He's not like Naki who was a character only in the specials at first but relevant to the actual show, he's from a whole other dimension/world. This is like if they gave Kamen Rider Lupin a new form near the finale of Drive.

Sucks to be the suit actor for Gorgeous Legend, that's for sure. That ring around the neck looks uncomfortable. :lolol
Also, are Gorgeous Legend's eyes magenta? Or pink? :lolol
