It's like the TV show in that it's somewhat lighthearted and still has jokes, but it's not very "Fan based" in the sense that it's actually good :p

The Season 3 finale isn't my favorite (A Canterlot Wedding wins that title HARD), but it's not terrible. It's just...Misguided. It's too fast, it's too convoluted, and Celestia's song was only a minute long, and she deserved a full 4.
It just needed to be 2 parts and it would've been leagues better.
