Well I've been plugging away at the first substantial piece of writing I've done since like 2006 (2008 if you want to count RP boards), and I've done about a chapter a night, averaging about 1500 words each. Pretty proud of myself, gotta keep at it though.

And also go back and edit them because I know there's stuff I missed and want to add or change, but right now, the spice must flow.

Bandai imports their toys to Korea with new packaging for the Korean market. You'll have to do your research for the individual item thought, because sometimes they change the voice effects to Korean language. Otherwise, they are largely identical.

Well, I finally managed to fix an IT issue that was bugging me with PowerPoint. And all I had to do was start the whole project again with new pictures. And now, I can come up with totally different line up posters based on that thread I did that one time for my next YouTube video.

Nightmares have more or less been a thing my entire life, it's just the past few weeks they've shifted towards me dying rather than others.

Is Gamestop really as bad as I've heard it to be? There's no Gamestop here in Australia, just EB Games (which apparently is a subsidiary of Gamestop) which I've had nothing but good experiences with.

It's a case by case basis. The GameStop near me is run by some pretty cool dudes.

It's like most chains, it all depends on the staff. Most of the ones I've been to have been chill, but then there are others that I never want to set foot in again.

Gamestop acquired a bad reputation after years of pushing marginally discounted used games and making their workers meet subscription quotas.

Things have gotten better since new ownership and a brush with bankruptcy, making a lot of people realize that Gamestop is one of the last vestiges of video game cultural presence.

Yeah, it's all about the sliding scale of villainy in capitalism. Everyone hated Best Buy for putting independent electronics stores out of business, but then when Amazon came along, Best Buy suddenly didn't look so bad. GameStop may be a corporate chain (with all the baggage that implies), but at least it's a place you can go to and talk about games.

I dealt with dysphoria yesterday because of my weight. I still have ways to go before I reach my weight loss goal (150-170). It makes feel depress that it will take months before I reach my goal. I don't want my bad thoughts to get to me and give up.

It's tough, but it's good that you're trying to reach your goals. Each day you keep at it is, if nothing else, a victory over the you that would want to quit. Stick with it! We're rooting for you!

As long as you eat less than what your body burns, it is an objective truth that you will lose weight. You have to have serious health issues for this to be false.

If you are not losing weight you are simply eating more than you'd like to admit and you have to be willing to cut that out of your life.

It is so much easier said than done but trust me you will feel unbelievably happy and amazing. Hang in there. Fuck the bad habits. You are going through a change in your life as it is - a new diet is nothing in comparison. You fucking got this shit.

Pounds. I have been overweight for most of my life because of depression, and they would also put me on terrible meds when I was a kid.

Well, I just posted the first chapter of my first-ever fanfic on AO3. Don't even care if nobody reads it, or if I ever finish it, I can say I actually posted something now.

I know the feeling. I come from a family of big folks and I was on so many different meds when I was younger that I wouldn't doubt that they did something to me. I need to start walking a lot more... which would be a lot easier if I weren't surrounded by blind curves and no sidewalks.

I think it's credited to Steve Jobs or something, but the author doesn't matter. I work in a very creative industry and the amount of times I've heard about ideas that never materialized is mind blowing. But that's probably no surprise. But next to that is ideas that got one foot out the door and never went anywhere.

The first step is hard, no doubt, but making the first step also has the adverse effect of convincing us that we are capable of doing something - rather than actually doing something. Because we get validation from exposure and an early sense of accomplishment. There's a lot of discourse over just starting a thing, but few people talk about what its like to sustain a thing and keep motivated, which is a thousand times more important in an age when getting to the first step is more accessible than every.

I hope you don't think that diminishes your current accomplishments. I just want to say stick to it and go for completion! It will feel exponentially greater.

Seriously though, congrats. Maybe you can be subtle and place a Smart Brain decal on your helmet. Probably best not to slap it on the bike though if you plan to resell as used years later. Those things I heard are a chore to remove without damaging the surface of any vehicle.

I have just been feeling depress today. I felt like time has become way slower since I came out as transgender. I'm trying not to rush things because I don't want to burn myself too quickly. I also don't want to make any mistakes if I do things too quickly. I still need to get a job that I can pay for body hair removal and lose weight.
