Metal Builds are UN-intuitively NOT buildable kits. They are 1/100 scale figures, with lots of beautiful, detailed sculpting and paint work, the inner frame appears to be all metal, at least as far as i can tell with the four I have. They are heavy, very poseable, and the build quality, these look and feel very high end. They can be pricy, but I'd say they're really quite worth it. Well, maybe not Seven Sword, being more rare it costs more than it should, but I could not be happier with 00-Raiser. Anytime I've paid $150+ for a figure, I've always ended up disappointed in one way or another. In most cases, I've ended up selling off said figures, because of that disappointment, and feeling like they're not worth what they cost me. Not so with MB Exia and 00-Raiser. Exia is awesome, I love being able to switch it to Exia Repair 3, it is well worth the $150-ish it costs. 00-Raiser is even more amazing, it looks fantastic in every way, it was definitely worth the $220-ish it cost me. I HIGHLY recommend these, though clearly they're not something everybody can afford, but it's worth passing on a few MGs to get. What else do you want to know? |
I'm getting the Mobile Suit Gundam and Zeta movie trilogies for Christmas!!!
.. it might not be as impressive as model kits but hey, whatever I can get will help.... |
