Why can't Ditto's Ball-type pass on to offspring? I hate standard ball designs.

It has to be a female in order for you to get a certain ball for a Pokémon you're breeding.

Example:
Male/Pokéball + female/premier ball =offspring in a premier ball
Male/premier ball + female/dusk ball =offspring in a dusk ball

And so on and so forth.

I always hated that.

I also hate how I keep getting Male Pumkaboos in the Event.

If you're saying this because of the Pumpkaboo event, remember that you can't pass on Cherish Balls at all, even if it's female (same with Master Ball). A male Super Size with Insomnia is all you need, as you can get Insomnia Super Size eggs with Ditto breeding. No matter what though, you will be stuck with Poké Ball offspring unfortunately.

I always hated how you couldn't pass on Cherish Balls. I understand that passing it through breeding removes what makes it special, but it's still annoying.
