On the movie Rider, I'm going to guess that this may not be our "movie rider" per say. The main reason why I think that is that I can't think of a single time a movie rider has used an extra item that the Protagonist Kamen Rider used (aka the Hazard Trigger). If anything, I've got the feeling that this is our Gamedeus or Kamen Rider Extremer. The repaint of the Final Boss, which might make sense if the final boss is Evol using Dinosaur (that's the only way I can figure it).
EDIT: Whoops, forgot to say, it would make sense if this is a final boss repaint, as I would assume that Evol would use the Evol Trigger, whereas here the Rider is using the Hazard Trigger. I'm probably wrong, but only time will tell.

Although, I've got to say, I love Build and I love the designs, but can we stop using Dragon? Seriously, we've now got: KeyDragon, Cross-Z, Cross-Z Charge, Cross-Z Magma, Evol Dragon, Rabbit Dragon, and now possibly the movie rider. That's 7 forms using Dragon, and still no ScorpionGold or KyoryuF1. Sheesh, I liked Dragon when it first appeared, but now I'm getting a little tired of seeing it so much. I think there are more unnecessary repaints at this point then Ghost.

F1Saurus is something we only knew of because of the leaked sound and GoldScorpion get replaced with RoseCopter. The Evol Driver doesn't even HAVE sounds for GoldScorpion or F1 meaning those bottles are never coming out. (It DOES have Evol Dinosaur sounds though oddly enough)
EDIT: Oh yeah! Cross Charge is a dead form because the Dragon Jelly doesn't exist anymore and will never be used again so you might as well cut that from the list

Also, yes, I understand that Scorpion, Gold, and F1 aren't in the Evol Driver, but my point is that I don't see why they were cut completely. ScorpionGold not only had a design, but looked like a physical (or a very complete render) design of the bottles. Not only that, but F1 is needed to make the Drive sound in the Build Driver. To throw them out completely is a bit strange, and stranger still that we instead get more Dragon and some more Rabbit.
