BBTS doesn't overprice everything, but they do overcharge for a lot (Their preorders for Faiz and Emperor Kiva were in upwards of $50, if I recall correctly).

It's not you. Back when Transformers Animated was out they charged $65 for Wreck-Gar. BBTS is an awesome store, but they are way too canny about how supply and demand works.

Problem is I trust BBTS. They're BBB approved, and are always good at resolving issues. I don't know who else to trust.

That and BBTS isn't afraid to tack on $25 for no reason other than more profit. :P

That is no different than any online retailer though. Outside of specific figures, can you tell me a single site that only sells items for their actual retail price? I wish I could say Amazon, but most of the time I only see sellers selling figures, not Amazon themselves.

There's a difference between gaining a profit and overpricing though.
BBTS is the only one who added ridiculous amounts, actually reaching the point where ordering from a Japanese seller was actually cheaper (After shipping).
But, going through their current Figuarts, it's not as bad anymore, with only exclusives exceeding $60 now.

I agree. Like I said, look at Image Anime. They wanted $65 for their AkibaRangers while BBTS had them for $45. Even DekaRed was more expensive at Image Anime.

Looks like BBTS is either ordering more to justify a lower price or they just weren't selling at the high cost. Either way, I'm glad. It seemed like they were just trying to piss me off when they were asking $65 for Emperor Kiva (A non-exclusive figure going for $28 from most Japanese sellers) last year :lol

Yeah, but when you include shipping, it is pretty much the same price.

BTW, how long does Mandrake usually take to ship something out? I Paypaled them my payment for Knight Friday morning and I have yet to get any shipping notification. I chose DHL because I was hoping to have it tomorrow.
