I just realized, have we gotten any notice of anybody from the OOO cast returning?

The OOO arc should be coming up in November, which at the earliest is 2 episodes away from now.

Already seen it and I love it.

No one from OOO is coming back (at the moment).

So far, we only got Mr. God from Ex-Aid.

OOO arc begins after the Wizard arc on the final week of October and concludes on the second week of November.

ZI-O goes on break on November 4th.

My hope is that they'll try to do the same thing Gokaiger did where they got some of the ultimate powers and then did tribute episodes/guest roles later. Like Gokaiger got Timeranger, Abaranger, and Zyuranger at the same time, but all of those teams have a guest role later on. I could see Zi-O doubling back to do an episode or two when an actor from that show becomes available in much the same way. Of course, that's just me hoping they learned from Gokaiger.

That happened with Gokaiger because there was a big organized movement involving the past actors to return after the tsunami.

That said, I think something like that might happen here if only because we likely will see all standard Rider Watches gathered by the end of December, considering the toyline. I doubt they'll just drop the past Rider appearances at that point, so they must be planning something else for the rest of the show.

Agito and Zi-O Ghost suits. Judging by the belt that might be Decade

Question is if it's movie or show, personally think it's movie myself.

I'd guess it's the show. The toylist had an appearance slot for Zi-O Ghost in the tv show and we still haven't seen any shooting for that.

Also, Takeru seems to run alongside Tsukiyomi in that scene, rather than fighting alongside the Riders, so he's probably powerless. Note that the location is the same.
