Exactlyt his. It still looks very nice and poses well enough, but the chestplate is an eyesore and that cape... Urgh. The lockseeds are another point of contention, personally.

The lockseeds don't bother me so much. Can't put a finger on it. Kinda sucks, yeah, but not really noticeable enough for me most of the time.

So OOO what exactly happen to your lighting in this image? was it taken on your phone? at night? during a ritual to summon a demon? because...
compared to this one and most your others the lighting while not terrible is kind of more unprofessional then I expect from you.

Both were taken with my phone, the first image you pulled up was taken without my light as it was being used by someone else in my house, the second one was taken with my full set up.

without the parts they still look good. You nailed the poses.

Got Kiwami this week and he is pretty QC free thankfully. The only issue is that the sticker on his chest has a fold/crease in it but its not too noticeable unless you inspect it up close.

Love those photos! Do you have any tips for lighting set-ups to get specific effects? I have trouble trying to take clear photos of dimly lit environments. Been thinking about upgrading my camera but until then I've just been trying to figure out the best way to set up the lighting.

I always theorized Melon would give him super strength. We may never know... Awesome pics, though!

They really need a Gaim-centric effects set, including arrow shot effects for all the Genesis driver/Jimba forms

Yeah, but Bandai is annoying. They gave us effects for Flame and Water styles of Wizard but nothing for Hurricane or Land style. They give us buildings for the MonsterArts, which is great, but they make the buildings between both sets the exact same color. Some yellow, blue, or red buildings would have been nice in at least one of the sets. Of course, they haven't even given us another blue breath blast for Godzilla since the original.

We got all of two or three effects for Water. Always bugged me that they pretty much just tacked that on to an otherwise Flame-centric set.

What about that 2014 Godzilla with blue breath effect, charged up spines, and a severed MUTO head at the Tamashii Nations event where they revealed the Drive stuff?

That has not been given an official release date. For all we know, we could not see that come out until 2018.

She's not random, actually. That's the Sumiko Ozawa figure they put out in the Girls in Uniform series. She's a tad under scale, but close enough for government work. :D
