According to serebii the code should show up but there are other ways to get it. Unfortunately those ways seem to involve money. Though just hold out for next day or so.

It work for me when I went to game and connected to i in store. That how I got my code. Just go in game ask.

So super training Fortress sucks. Guys got no offense at all so I'm using her teammates to help her out

Those who got codes in the US, was it from Club Nintendo or the Pokemon site? Because while I enabled emails from the latter, I still never did with the former, and wonder if that has something to do with it...
