So Charizard arrived today...

The boxes were even more caved in when my sister walked in with them. Probably the damn USPS guy did it by backing up on them after throwing the box on the ground... We've been home all day and he never rang the doorbell or anything. Didn't even know it was here.

Fortunately, Charizard himself is fine, but as a guy who likes to keep the boxes... *sigh* This really sucks.

This is the first time I've had something arrive like this and it just... *sigh*

I'd be legitimately angry if that happened. It's good to know Charizard is fine.

Him being fine is the only thing keeping me from punching walls right now.

Or the USPS guy's face if he tried to hand me the box. But like I said, I don't even know what really happened.

You can call your post office and file a complaint that your carrier damaged the goods. I've had to do that before myself.

Ouch! The shipping box my Charizard came in was pretty dented too. Luckily, it only crinkled the parts of the box containing filler.

What would that even get me? A "Sorry, we're bankrupt so can't bother to have good service"?

His box'll just have to go at the bottom of the pile, I suppose.

Edit: Despite the sarcasm, I do plan on calling.

Also, a correction: Apparently my sister did hear when it was dropped off, but forgot for a few hours anything was there. If that were my dad's medicine that needs refrigerated instead... *sigh* Sisters. >.< Anyways, she DID in fact never sign for it. It was just thrown on the ground. So there's still that.
