There will probably only be 1 style of driver like in Ryuki with different DX weapons that come with each respective riders lockseed.

Dude the first teaser hasn't even been released yet….

We don't even know what the main character will look like, and all we have to go on is that low res image. At least wait till you see the teaser or first episode before you start calling it a dud.

Is the whole fruit thing even confirmed?

No.

Only a rumour that is so far being taken as fact based on the fact that said rumour menioned a belt with a knife on it, and you can make out what looks like a knife on his belt in the pic. Also the rumour implied the armour would be fruit that turned into armour, and his shoulder pads have hinges, as well as it generally looking like it's removble Den-O style.

However, the armour isn't a concrete thing, and it could just be coincidence on the belt, or the rumour makers got a glimpse of the belt and drew their own conclusions.

Guess we just gotta wait until Wizard's movie to know for sure.

I heard he's not in Wizard's movie because of the late start to the series.

It was confirmed a few days back he wouldn't be in Magic Land. Private screenings have already been held in Japan and people are saying he's nowhere to be seen. But since there's a gap between Wizard and Gaimu (supposedly filled by Norida) he wasn't ready in time for the film anyway.

If Gaimu is a fruit-based samurai Rider and does not play Fruit Ninja at any point in the series, there is no justice in the world.

Hate to break it to you, but I hated Den-O. It was a children's anime in Kamen Rider form. Den-O is the series where Kamen Rider became dumbed down and has not had anything truly adult serious since. I'm not saying every series has to be serious, but we have not had anything like Kuuga-Blade since Den-O.


Which is why I said I am going to pray to the gods it is well written. Wizard's themes and designs make up for the lack of solid writing. Fourze had solid writing to back up the lacking designs. OOO had great designs and characters to back up the poor writing. W had both designs and great writing to back up the average effects.
