It's Dairanger. That monster was encountered by Bulk and Skull in a Wild-West Showdown! :lol

Goseiwonder is the winner, because that monster are from Dai.
His name is Mangekyou Hakushaku and he was from episode 36
The hint: The actor Kaizu Ryousuke who played RedMask in Maskman played Media Magician / Takamura Shouichirou in episode 33. Ryousuke has also been in flashman 27, fiveman 22 and in the first episode Ohranger where he played as a UA Commander.
