So this series doesn't get discussed much, but from what I've seen recently this appears to be a minority opinion:

I don't hate the second half of Super-1. It's stupid, but I'm cool with it.

You know what's a really good Kamen Rider series? Black RX.

That's not a controversial opinion as anyone who likes Showa usually says it's the best

I love Ex-Aid's designs and they're much better than say, OOO or Den-O

Black is generally what’s considered “the best” of the Showa Era. Black RX on the other hand, is generally well-disliked.

Apparently the majority of the staff were folks who worked on space sheriff and metal hero shows. It shows when you look at how the RX suit is composed and his finisher is a laser sword.

It's not really Decade's fault

It really shows, yeah. It doesn't hurt, though, especially since they inherited Keita Amemiya as monster designer fresh off of Metalder.
