I want to believe "Beast Morphers" is a reference to how the mecha have both vehicle and animal modes that they transform (AKA morph) between, and not just the most generic name in PR history.

That and the fact that their individual superpowers resemble their motifs. I think it is alright. Could have been better but not bad.

Not making Zord toys would mean cutting Zords from the show, which is literally impossible. Zords are the entire crux of the show as well.

Just a passing thought.
But maybe Hasbro will release the Megazord in separate parts.
Like the Cheetah Zord will be released by itself due to its triple-changing gimmick while the Gorilla and Rabbit/Hare Zords will be packed together since they only have two modes to transform into (not including the Megazord).
