Haim is the owner of the company but he is not to blame for the writing or for the toys of Power Rangers. There are people who see what makes it into the final cut of the show. It's not really him to blame at the end of the day.

He isn't the only one to blame, but he isn't exactly guilt free either. He isn't involved with the day-to-day making of the shows, but I'm sure he was involved with the hiring of those who are.

At this point in time? No. Eli Dekel is in charge of Saban Brands nowadys. He is the one who is over everyone. Haim is more or less collecting a check the same way Bill Gates is from Microsoft.

I could be way off here, I just know Haim no longer is the CEO of Saban Brands, thats Eli Dekel.

Actually, Haim is technically in charge of it too in so much as he's the CEO of Saban Capital Group, Inc. (the entire Burger) while Elie is the President of just the "Saban Brands" division (the condiments of the Burger).

I don't think Saban really does much with Power Rangers nowadays. He's too far on top, and it usually comes down to people lower down on the corporate ladder to decide things specifically for Power Rangers.

Based on the interview with Ciara Hanna, there was a general problem with production at least in the Megaforce seasons. Thankfully, most of those problems seem to have been fixed.

Personal Idea: The Gokaiger adaptation team could have been autonomous from the Goseiger/Megaforce bunch. They arrive on Earth with straight-forward intentions like the Armada, but are largely against the Armada as well as the Megaforce Rangers. However, things happen between the two teams and the Armada and Megaforce is given the powers of the pirate bunch to use against the Armada.

Just a thought.

I believe so, as I can only find release info for the first eight episodes. I've been watching some Youtube uploads to get caught up, and even I was kinda surprised to find out that they were only eight into it.

I'm really enjoying the series so-far. I really hope Lionsgate does more full season DVD sets in the future. That said, this is a series I might get the individual volumes anyways. Then if they release full season sets I can just give the volumes to my parents for my nephews to watch when they're spending time with them.

Edit: What do people think of the Dino Charge dino com? Would it be worth getting? It looks accurate enough that I wouldn't mind displaying it, but it's also cheap enough that, if I get it, I might actually wear it around (gotta let that nerd flag fly sometimes).

Because I don't see how this is the fifth wave of figures. The first wave was the first five Rangers, and then the second was Fury, Vivix, and the Megazord. Shouldn't this be wave three?

What do people think the chances are that BoA will release the BoJ equivalent of the Dino Charge Megazord here in the US as a TRU exclusive? (like they did for Samurai and Megaforce).

I want them to, but part of me really wants them to also make a new sound chip for it... which I have a feeling they won't. Nothing against the Japanese sounds, but I would much rather hear randome clips of audio from Dino Charge...

They could, but I think those shelf warmed hard, which is the reason we have not gotten the release of Gokai-Oh even though I remember reading that we were going to get it.

Also given Kyoryujin is about double the size of Shinken-Oh or Gosei Great, I really doubt we'll get it.

I would like to see a import retail release of Kyoryujin in the US since I miss out on the original release given how pricey the shipping it was going to be on CStoys. The lack of Gokai-Oh makes me think that they are done with importing Sentai mecha for now.

Thats what my theory is anyway. You could maybe find an affordable one through Amazon or Mandarake nowadays. Shipping will be a problem because I think that box is huge!

I wasn't sure how well either of those sold. I now kinda regret not getting Gosei Great. Hopefully it's something they'll reconsider in the future.
Would be cool to see Billy again, but it's never going to happen. I'm still kinda shocked that they got Yost to do some stuff for the MMPR bonus features. Though with Shout Factory being the ones making those features, I imagine that helped.
