Why does General Kamikaze of Dairanger have what looks like a swastika on the back end of his bike ("Thunder God" if you believe the SHOUT! subs)? This is especially obvious when he drives up to join his cohorts in Dairanger 15, the debut of the "Stooges"!

After watching Hurricaneger's Movie, I'm left with questions:

1): Why is there no real Movie-Exclusive Mecha? I know there might be a subtle difference, but the primary movie combination is ultimately one which would appear frequently in the series as a primary series combination. Who's bright idea was this?

2): What specifically is the "duty" of the Princess? She has a hidden power which everyone wants, but what exactly does she do on her home world? Did I miss something?

3): The question is posed in the Movie regarding the existence of the Karakuri System on other planets, but it's a question that's ultimately never answered!

1: TenRaiSenpuujin is the movie exclusive Mecha. It making a few appearances in the series doesn’t affect that status, since there are plenty of later ones that do likewise.

2. She doesn’t have any duty. She’s just a Princess who no-one likes.

3. It is. Later in the series, Sandaaru says that he destroyed Astram to recover the Ikari no Ya medal, at the same time it’s established that Earth’s system is reverse engineered from its partner, the Nageki no Yumi medal.

Rewatching Gaoranger vs Super Sentai to prepare for my review of it, I’m wondering why they went with “Seishun Circuit” for the female warriors montage, since the lyrics have nothing to do with the female characters from Carranger.

I remember hearing some people here mention once that Sentai episodes used to be shorter, but a shift in the amount of commercials at some point resulted in them being a minute or two longer. Does anyone know what show first had the longer episodes?

That would probably be me! The first episode to have a shorter runtime would be Kagaku Sentai Dynaman's Episode 10; and would last until Denji Sentai Megaranger's Episode 8. Every Sentai episode before Dynaman 10 was the normal length, too

Question 2 About Denziman: What is with their obsession with decapitating monsters!? In Ep. 4, they beheaded Rupankamelar and the body fell in the same frame as DaiDenzjin in a manner that I don't see could have possibly fit an actor's actual head!

Zenkaiger is really interesting because most of Zenkaiger members are robots, but I pretty sure we will be back to full human team again in 46th Super Sentai.

There's a lot of teams that at least start off with 3 members -- Liveman, Hurricaneger, Abaranger, Go-Busters etc. before they get their sixths. In the same way you'd probably call Zyuranger or Kiramager or Boukenger 5-member teams even though they have later sixth members.

I'd be down for it! I think the last one was literally Go-Busters unless you count the Lupinrangers and Patrangers individually, so it'd be a nice change of pace

Sadly Jungle Fury was underrated IMO whereas RPM is (rightly) very loved so I can't see it happenning unless it was just like one reference or something. It's a shame, because I did at least find Jungle Fury a nice change of pace after I first thought Mystic Force was the worst Power Rangers could get, and Operation Overdrive I then found worse! :lol

Given the fact Samurai was a carbon copy of Shinken I happen to feel that both were good. People seem to think PR is better than SS and vice versa. but I'd say let each be it's own thing.

I did like 3 of the Saban Era II adaptions however. Now I'm watching those shows on the Toei side. Including having finished Go Busters. (Skipped by Saban but adapted by Hasbro.)

i don't think so that is not because of the pandamic it's only rumors from someone it dosen't make sence that's all but don't worry just wait for the official announcement and be patience.

No, I think there's something to be said about there not being a Sentai next year. Toy sales and ratings have plummeted, and Bandai no longer has Power Rangers money coming in with Hasbro buying the license. Compared with Kamen Rider which is on an upswing in toy sales, and Sentai not really rebounding for a decade now isn't a good sign.

If there is no trademark filed by November, then I think we should start believing that possibility that Toei is going to put it on hiatus.
