Yeah thanks to the driver I guess we can predict what his upper body looks like and should be close to this.

I wonder if Saikou sword will be just a sword among others, a "special sword" like Ankokuken Kurayami is (1 of the first two created) or if it's literally the seiken itself. Can't wait to know the name.

I somehow expect him to be linked to Calibur somehow (Light and Dark stuff), so probably his sword is one of the first two created.
And since Calibur sword was somehow entrusted to Touma, I wonder if there isn't some kind of "Excalibur" plot around the corner. Like Ankokuken Kurayami could achieve some excalibur form by absorbing Saikou's sword light etc...

I can't help but wonder how it'll work with the Wonder Ride Books, which are what we usually use to see what a Saber Rider's form will look like.

New synopsis from a magazine.

Episode 16 has Reika as the one who turns the LOGOS Swordsmen against Touma, with Yuri’s tapping in to stop the conflict.

Episode 17 has Touma showing Yuri around and we meet the Southern Base’s equivalent to Sophia, Yuki (played by Hitomi Hasebe of Ultraman Max and Ultraman Geed fame), who was previously sucked into the Wonder World and became a Megid

Also, the suit actor for Saiko will be the guy who’s played every main Ultra from Max onwards, with the exception of Mebius.

Wow! Wonder if we'll expect the south's riders soon.

With so much characters, i would kind of prefer and liked if they ditch northern base and let them fight offscreen for a while with touma siding with southern base to train or fight with them for a while. It's like classic showa riders where they operate a dif places around the globe for saber is differnt dimensions. This way more time to intro and get to know the new cast. They can always do more spin off for their streaming service to talk about what the northern bases is up to.

It seems that in order to fight against the Megiddo, Saikou's bright light casts a shadow entity who obeys and moves according to Saikou's commands. This entity is Saikou Shadow, which is the figure in the images.

So Saikou does have the name of a sword! That sword being himself! I guess after King Excalibur was a sword that turned into a mech that used a rider as a sword, having a rider who literally just is a sword is a logical next step. And a sword with a mind of its own is also pretty fitting with the magical knight theme.

How long will the other riders stop pointing their swords on Saber?
