did a try at my first gallery with a homemade lightbox, any critiques from real photographers?

-You want a flush background. A single piece of posterboard or cardstock which is curved to fit the backdrop, while not being too tight, works best. -Make sure you have light coming from every direction. That works to eliminate harsh shadows or a "halo" effect. -Try to keep everything within a set frame. If you have portions of the lightbox's edges showing, then it looks rather unprofessional. -Above all, you just want as much light of the same temperature as possible. And make sure to take the proper precautions if you're using something like tissue paper for soft light. Your first lightbox fire is not an experience to forget. |

This was my first home made light box...you want to try to keep a smooth back ground...then frame your shots and angle your lights proper...finally getting your camera settings right. Lord knows that cream background was my nemesis lol |
