I just hate that we've seen prototypes to the complete teams for Jetman and Boukenger, but that was it. I don't recall if it showed the Dairangers in prototype form, I feel like they did somewhere. But all the teams they could at least try to finish somehow. |

Well they'd have to remold I think a little bit for differing heights and obviously for Rin's sculpt, plus all of the helmets. But yes you're right, you'd think it wouldn't be that difficult to just make the rest of a team. None of them should be excusable but Goseiger is one that at least needs to have Red made, there's no excuse for that.

Heck, In Space/Megaranger would pretty much just need different colors of the same figure six times. |
Same would go for a team like GoGoV, Timeranger, Magiranger, Fiveman, and a lot more. Just repaint and add in a few new helmet details.

Yeah. Hell, anybody with good quality paint and some time can do full teams using the same base figure.

I'm starting to honk Bandai is stretching out the Sentai releases, simply because of the dislike in Japan and the love we have in the west. Probably hard to make out what teams should be next, what mold works best, and how to market it and still have it sell well in both markets. With an anniversary coming up, I think they want to we what they can market. Add in the Legend War in SMF, and then you have to account for what Ranger/team ranks well after that airs. Depending on how Saban does it, this could be a boon or bomb for Sentai Figuarts initially. Who knows, maybe JDF could help bolster some love for other Rangers like he seems to do on his Facebook page. So I think, all this in conjunction with Akibaranger, may tell us what to expect from Bandai on the Sentai front.
