Happy to say that Mandarake got rid of the Handling Fee for me, so for any person stuck in a similar situation, know that if you contact them then they'll fix it for you. The people saying otherwise were absolutely incorrect.

We have a toy buying resources thread in the sales forum to specifically talk about positives/negatives with retailers and whether they're reliable.
