Watched the trailer for Batman vs Superman. Oh my god this movie looks absolutely terrible. Enough with the Superman/Jesus comparisons!!! BATMAN DOES NOT BLOW PEOPLE UP!!! Does Zack Snyder even read DC comic books? It seems like he has no idea how these characters' personalities are supposed to be. Also, DC is absolutely allergic to color. Why was the entire trailer dark, at night, and raining?

Batman has blown people up in pretty much every movie he's been in.

89: Blew up Ace Chemicals and all the goons inside
Returns: Stuck a bomb on a bad guy's chest and pushed him down a hole where he blew up
Begins: Blew up the League temple
Dark Knight: Blew up drug dealers at the beginning with the Tumbler on remote
Rises: Blew up goons in Tumblers with his aircraft

He doesn't always kill them, but he blows up people all the time.

The movie looks like right dog's dinner but let's criticize it for what should be criticized, yeah? (and flick off the crying out in all-caps while we do?)

Okay I'm serious here: Were you people actually thinking they'd just do a 180 from MOS with this?

Cause the outrage over this movie being like MOS*which it's a sequel to* is ridiculous to me.

Personally, I'm curious and excited to see how they're going to progress Superman's development in this universe with this movie.

And I want to see some superhero team-up action.

Also, Ben Affleck as Batman. I have faith. And it seems like that faith is going to pay off.

I love Cavill as Clark, so this gets some, really really small support from me simply because I want to see him as Superman again (also if bats can get away with having 2 full movie series, then Superman deserves a decent chance too).

Yes, that was back then. Ever since the 70s Batman has been against killing unless it was his only resort. This was NOT his last resort. He was in the freaking Batwing.

He gave them amble time to run in Axis Chemicals.

And that is why Returns sucks.

Begins was before he took up the mantle of Batman. Plus, he never intentionally killed anyone.

Rises is a mess of a film.

No matter what, this trailer highlighted the exact reasons why there should have been a second Superman movie BEFORE they brought in Batman.

I don't get mix feeling with this. It's teaser trailer DC calling it a teaser trailer so it Warner brother what I saw the scene batman holding gun on a tower might not be gun and some batman Item. Also this batman is a heavily influence by the dark knight return so yea. Also I ant taken thing as bad until a proper non teaser shows up

Not entirely convinced it'll pay off yet, but I agree with the rest of your post. The trailer feels a bit low-key coming straight off the back of Star Wars but I'm still looking forward to this.

It's the cramming of characters that's giving me the biggest worry, but the trailer didn't shed any light on how that's going to go down.

I'm a bit underwhelmed by the teaser but thats mostly because it only shows things I pretty much already knew. Which isnt necessarily bad but just isnt eniugh to excite me. I do like though that they go with a completely styilized comicbook look for this film.
