I guess Saban step in and said no. They would likely think that they won't sell well. After all Big Bad Beetleborgs didn't sell well enough on DVD to finish the final volumes.

Agreed. DVDs have nothing to do with this. It is simply the same reason they can't bring other web exclusives out. I mean, they couldn't do any of the Space Sheriffs, they can't do any rider exclusives, they can't do Kikaider, there was no reason to assume they were going to be able to do B Fighter just because of Beetleborgs.

The DVD's not selling pretty much proves that Beetleborgs does not have a big fanbase though. I think the Saban non Toku shows have a very small cult flowing in the US. I can see why they would think that they won't sell well. If the DVD's of a old late 90's show can't sell any better then what makes you think figuarts will do any better?

But DVD sales have nothing to do with Toy sales. We are talking about a completely separate release from another company.

I do not think Saban or whoever will focus solely on the DVD sales to see if the Figuarts would sell. It is a licensing issue most likely.

Seriously man, cut it out and stop spamming false imformation like this. It simply has nothing to do with toy sales at all. DVD's and toys sold by two totally unique and separate companies have no bearing whatsoever on one another.
